WHAT WE DO

J. R. Bowen & Associates, Inc. Printing Services Division, is a full-service print brokerage company, serving clients nationally from our centrally located office in Santa Claus, IN.

The goal of the Printing Services Division is to cost-effectively provide customers with quality printed products on a timely basis.  In addition, PSD can provide custom storage and fulfillment and distribution services.

PSD acts on behalf of its client starting with the concept and working through to the proper completion of the finished piece and ultimate satisfaction of our client.

PSD doesn’t own or operate presses.  The people who do are our suppliers and we have existing relationships with printers across the country.  Consequently, we are not selling a particular way of doing a print job that fits the needs of our equipment.  We find the equipment that will fit the job our client needs, taking into account printing and shipping costs, press and bindery capabilities and turn-around times.

RELATIONSHIPS

The philosophy of PSD is to develop a “Trust Relationship” between ourselves, our clients and our suppliers. The relationship with our clients involves an understanding that we work for the client’s benefit, utilizing our knowledge and expertise and that of our suppliers.  This trust relationship involves many aspects; pricing, quality, our availability to the client, confidentiality, and customer service, but the most important aspect is doing what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.

Through maintenance of this trust relationship, our business grows.
